Fitness at Premier

At Premier Athletic & Tennis Club we have everything you need to reach your fitness goals. With a variety of equipment and activities, we something for everyone.

Weight Training

We have a number of different resistance training options with a variety of assisted and free weight options.

-Rubber dumbbells that range from 5lbs to 120lbs.

-Several different assisted and free weight stations.

-Cables, pulleys and pull up stations.

Cardio

Get your sweat on using our brand new cardio equipment from TechnoGym! Treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, cross trainers, stair climbers, steppers, and more!

Group Exercise Classes

We have plenty of options to chose from if you’re looking to work out in a structured class setting. Our exercise classes vary for all age and skills levels. See our schedule here.
