At Premier Athletic & Tennis Club we provide a wide range of solutions that you may need to reach your fitness goals. With a variety of equipment and activities, there might just be something here for everyone. With this, we know it can be a bit overwhelming to utilize everything, so take a step back, evaluate your needs, and come to us with any questions. We are here to help.

Group Fitness Classes

We have plenty of options to choose from if you’re looking to work out in a structured class setting. Our exercise classes vary for all age and fitness levels. See our schedule here.

Weight Training

We have a number of different resistance training options with a variety of assisted and free weight options.

  • Dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 100lbs.
  • Several different assisted machine and free weight stations.
  • Cables, pulleys and pull up stations.

Cardio

Get your sweat on using our brand new cardio equipment from TechnoGym! Treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, cross trainers, stair climbers, steppers, and more!
