At Premier Athletic & Tennis Club we have everything you need to reach your fitness goals. With a variety of equipment and activities, we something for everyone.
We have a number of different resistance training options with a variety of assisted and free weight options.
- Rubber dumbbells that range from 2.5lbs to 120lbs.
- Several different assisted and free weight stations.
- Cables, pulleys and pull up stations.
With an entire area dedicated to our cardio lovers, we offer anything from treadmills, to steppers and everything in-between.
Group Exercise Classes
