New members of Premier Athletic & Tennis Club receive a FREE training session with one of our Personal Trainers. While offering fitness and conditioning, our personal trainers are also prepared to help you with nutritional counseling to ensure you get the wellness training you want and need. The Personal Trainers, using the Optimum Performance Program through the National Academy of Sports Medicine,  strive to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals.  Call today for more information regarding scheduling and pricing.

Please see below for some of the fitness options we provide when you become a member:

Group Orientation – A FREE orientation that covers fitness center rules, amenities, exercise recommendations and fitness programs. You’ll also learn how to use the cardio equipment in a safe and effective way. Sign up for your orientation session when you become a member.

Teen Group Orientation (Ages 13 – 15) – An orientation offered for teens, who, when orientation is completed, may participate in group exercise classes and work out on all equipment (except free weights). Includes safety, cardio and strength training, as well as fitness etiquette. Sign up at the front desk when you become a member.

Specialty Fitness Programs:

Corrective Exercise Training – Therapy based workouts to help improve posture, muscular imbalances, joint stability, core strength, and eliminate the pain you’re always dealing with.

Aquatics Personal Training – Work toward your fitness goals and place less stress on your joints with low impact aquatic exercise. Aqua training will improve joint pain, flexibility, cardio and strength by engaging muscles not normally used.

Sports Performance Training – Looking to train for a specific sport? Whatever it may be, Premier certified trainers can help you increase athletic performance. Workouts are tailored to your individual goals and the demands of each sport.
