Josh graduated from Calvin College in May 2014 with a Bachelors in Physical Education and an emphasis in Exercise Science.

“I love helping people work to accomplish their goals. I plan on using my experience as a former soccer player and track runner accompanied with my background in exercise science to create a program to push you beyond your goals!”

Josh Horton is a NASM Certified Personal Train. His background with fitness is a mix of different influences. Josh has worked as a police officer in the past and was involved in Muay Tai for roughly 4 years. He has been affiliated with the U.S Army for the past 15 years and currently works as a full time social worker.

“My strengths of training are plyo and power based, as Army physical training is usually more body weight. I enjoy playing basketball and pickleball, but prefer to watch football. I am going to be leading the bootcamp class as my first group session and will be taking clients for training. ”
