Premier offers 21 exciting classes every week. We have a varied schedule with over 12 different formats for all interests and fitness levels. Classes are taught by certified fitness professionals.

Barre

Thursdays, 9:00 - 9:45 AM

This full body, low impact workout focuses on toning and strengthening the body. It is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates and is suitable for all levels and abilities.

 

Bootcamp

Tuesdays, 9:00 - 9:45 AM
with Erica

Bootcamp will challenge your muscular endurance and raise your heart rate using dumbbells, bands, and more.

Cardio & Core

Thursdays, 5:30 - 6:15 AM
with Erica

This class is a perfect fusion of core work and cardio to get your heart rate up and increase your core strength.

Cycling

Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 AM
with Margaret

Using Green Series 7000 Bikes, this class will get you moving through hills, sprints, intervals, and more during our high energy format.

Dance Fitness

Mondays, 11:00 - 11:45 AM

Move and groove to your favorite songs from the 60’s! This class offers easy-to-follow steps and all fitness levels and ages are welcome. “If you’re moving, you’re doing it right!”

Silver Sneakers

Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00 - 10:45 AM
with Margaret

This class focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion for daily life activities. Participants can use handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, or a SilverSneakers ball. This class will often use a chair for seated exercises or standing support.

 

Senior Strength

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:00 - 10:45 AM
with Lori (Tuesdays) and Kris (Thursdays)

Senior Strength combines strength training with basic movements to improve muscle strength, balance, and cardiovascular health.

Senior Stretch

Fridays, 10:00 - 10:45 AM
with Frankie

Stretch out your body with gentle movements incorporate balance, stability, and breath work to improve range of motion and core strength.

 

Total Body Blast

Mondays, 6:00 - 6:45 PM
with Lori

This mixture of cardio, step, and boxing combinations is infused with weight training and abs. This is a full body workout for all fitness levels. This class is free for Ramblewood Residents.

Total Body Strength

Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 AM
with Erica

This strength style class will utilize dumbbells, body weight, resistance bands, and more to work your entire body through a resistance style workout.

WERQ

Mondays, 9:00 - 9:45 AM
Thursdays, 6:00 - 6:45 PM

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the latest pop and hip hop music. No dance experience needed and all fitness levels are welcome!
